We would love to support your organization

Harmonies for Hope concerts provide financial support and awareness to local Omaha non-profits.  Please review the following information before you apply.

Applications will be accepted from February 1-20, 2026.

What to Know

CONCERT DETAILS

The 2026 concert dates will be set for the first week of December 2026 (3 shows).  Dates can be confirmed before the beneficiary commits.  Concerts will be held at Marian High School's Mary Joy and Tal Anderson Performing Arts Center, which seats 395.  Musical content will include a combination of secular and non-secular holiday songs.  Show run time is approximately 75 minutes.  Ticket price will be $45/ticket.

FINANCIAL

Concert ticket sale totals are around $16,000 per show.  Concert expenses range from $6,000-$10,000 per show (an itemized list will be provided).  Beneficiaries are asked to pay the expenses, and a final check with the ticket sale proceeds will go directly to the charity in January following the concert.  Organizations are encouraged to secure underwriting to off-set the expenses.  All promotional material will link directly to your organization, encouraging concert-goers and those who cannot attend to make donations from the time we announce the beneficiary (July) to the close of the calendar year following the concerts. A QR code will be placed in the concert program for direct donations as well.  In addition to underwriting, organizations are encouraged to secure donors to match the funds raised if they wish.  Past beneficiaries have received donations and underwriting that brought final net profits to nearly $100,000.  The sky is the limit!

ADVERTISING

The Omaha community has responded so generously to these concerts.  All of the concerts thus far have sold out, the first concert in just 3 hours!  We have only used our personal social media platforms to advertise the show thus far, but will utilize additional efforts (TV, radio, print) if needed.  We request that advertising for the shows be a collaborative effort between us and our beneficiary, and as such, we ask our beneficiaries to use their various communication avenues to promote the show (social media, email lists, mailers, websites, etc).  A promotional schedule will be provided at our first meeting.  We strive to sell the shows out so we are playing to a full house of donors for your organization each night!

MEETINGS

We will request approximately 3 meetings with your team prior to the shows:

- Introduction and kick-off meeting in the spring

- October check-in meeting

- November check-in meeting

These meetings can be scheduled via Zoom or in-person.  We ask that all members of your team who will be assisting with the concerts be present as much as possible.  We love getting to know you and your organization through these meetings!  Additionally, we would love to plan an on-site visit to see your organization in action up close if applicable.   This helps us share personal experiences about your organization on-stage during the concerts, which in turn draws listeners closer to your cause, and (hopefully) inspires them to donate.

SHOW PERSONNEL EXPECTATIONS

We will ask that beneficiaries provide personnel to cover the following tasks at each show:

- Welcome table/Greeters (2)

- Hand out programs (2)

- Ushers (2-3)

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions about the show or application.
